My rainy EXPO Milan experience

Ciao Guys! How is everyone doing around the world? Sadly I officially got out of my holiday mode and definitely got into university schedule... :(
Anyway, one week after I started university me and my parents got the chance to go to a quite special event that went on here in Italy just a little bit out side of the city of Milan ... The 2015 EXPO!

If you don't know what I'm talking about, the Expo know as " world's fairworld fairworld exposition or universal exposition is a large public exhibition. These exhibitions vary in character and are held in varying parts of the world and this year 'Expo 2015' is hosted in Milan, Italy ".
Well you can read even more if you look up in the internet like I did :D Especially if you go and check out Wikipedia. Here's the link to the page where you can read the history of this big event and where and when was host in the past and even the possibilities in the future: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World%27s_fair
You Are Welcome :D

Me and my parents went there on the 13th of October. That was the only day we could go all together and, since you had to book the date of the visit in advance, we planed and booked everything a month before. Once you book the tickets you couldn't cancel anything even if the day you were going would rain... aaaand that's exactly what happened to us! :(
We were soooo  U.N.L.U.C.K.Y because till the day we had to go it was so sunnyyy, on the day we would go the forecast on TV said this " Tomorrow, 13th of October, there will be a cloud of low pressure that will bring bed weather with heavy rains and wind all over Italy...FROM TOMORROW 13TH OF OCTOBER!! ". Ok, the words were not exactly these but you can get what I'm trying to say!
Anyway even if the rain ruined all our expectations and at the end of the day it was tiring, wet and extremely chaotic, we were quite happy because we spent time all 3 together (a rare think because of the job of my parents) and it was nice

L.i.t.e.r.a.l.l.y. "A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE".

But now without furtherer doing here for you guys my experience there through the photos I took! :)
ENJOY!

S.O.A.P n° 1: "Cappuccino Break Lovers"

Ciao Everyone! As I wrote in one of my last posts, today [FINALLY] I'm starting the new serie BUT before I own you an apology because for my whole summer break I didn't update this blog at all so ... I'm really really sorry everyone!
When I wrote my last post I had just finished all my first year UNI exams and so right now I'm attending my second year (HEELP)!

As I said before I had this idea for a new series that I was still not sure how to name it but now I've got the idea of something like S.O.A.P. aka "Story Of A Pic" ... mmm I kind of like this name so YES! WHY NOT? I'm going to name this new series of posts S.O.A.P.

A LOT of my pics that I really love unfortunately don't make it to the final post or sometimes I take just one photo that I fall in love with but I end up thinking that it makes really no sense to post only that lonely one. I often take pics with my iPhone or with my Nikon D5300 and most of the time there's a story or feeling that NOW I want to share with you...write you the story behind it - the reason I wanted to capture that moment :)
So here for you guys... lets the party begin :)

S.O.A.P #1

I have a really nice relationship with my mom. She is almost like a best friend for me because we can really talk about anything, we go out whenever we can but at the same time when we fight we fight like wild animals like only a mother and a daughter ca do...hihihi

Well, these two pics where taken one and a half week before my exams started that means around the end of May.

I study in a different city from where I actually live (Verona) so I had to move. By the way the city I moved to is called - in Italian - Padova but even known as Padua in English.
For this reason now I live a bit far away from my parents so whenever my mom or dad get a bit of free time from their jobs they come to visit me even if they are exhausted, especially my mom!
From last year we have created this kind of new habit of finding a place to sit and enjoy some bakery and a cup of cappuccino or latte macchiato :) so we found this a.m.a.z.i.n.g place right in the center of Padova owned by a pretty famous pastry chef here in Italy called Chef Luigi Biasetto who owns

CAFFÈ CAVOUR PADOVA

Piazza Cavour 8/9 - 35122 Padova (PD)!

Trust me, I'm a big foodie person - my dad is a chef so I grow up looooving food! - this place is the bomb in everything: in taste and calories too ;D

It might be a bit price if you decide to sit and enjoy a good coffee and if you compare it to all the other caffeès existing here in Padova but no!! You must enjoy at least once in your life a place like that exactly like me and my mom do, without thinking of the bill. Then c'mon LOOK AT THOSE PICS!! THEY ARE PIECES OF ART!! Seriously D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S and worth to try!!
If you don't won't to spend a few euros more than you usually do then you can take-away without any problem...that will cost much less!

Let me know if you ever get the chance to go there and how was your experience :)

20!!!!! OH MY!

OH MY!! Right in this moment - well not exactly now but a few moments before starting to write this post- I'm hiding my face behind both of my hands. "Oh my" are the two words I can't stop repeating in my head because in one minute (yes! Right now it's the 19th of October, time 23:59) I'm turning 20 TWENTY TWENTY TWENTYYYYYY! o.0

I've got a lot of mixed feelings in this moment: I'm happy because my new three crazy and lovely roommates that I'm with, stayed up till now just to jump in my room and shout at might night the traditional "Happy Birthday" song for me when they usually are already snoring in bed! If only you could see the huge smile crossing my face now! :D I can't be more grateful for this little gesture

At the same time when I think about the fact that I just turned twenty and that my teenage life is over . . . WOW! I can't believe it! Ahaha!! I can start laughing hysterically because the fact that when you turn 20 you are officially in adulthood! I don't know, it's like everyone, from now on will treat you in a different way. I really don't know what I'm saying I guess it's just that I get a tiny bit scared thinking of the future from now on and I'll repeat FROM NOW THAT I'M 20!!

I have so many things that I want to achieve, that I want to explore, know, do, go... a lot of things and as I said before I'm happy, scared, nervous....think of and emotion and I'm feeling it!

I guess this is the magic of being young, of being TWENTY NOW!

THANK YOU EVERYONE IN MY LIFE FOR GIVING ME ALL THE LOVE AND THE STRENGTH! THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING THAT I GOT TO KNOW IN THIS 20 YEARS, FOR TALKING TO ME AND GOT TO KNOW ME AND MADE ME THE PERSON I'M TODAY! AND FINALLY BUT NOT LEAST THANK YOU MAMMA (mom) AND PAPÀ (dad) FOR GIVING ME LIFE!

I hope to keep on living happily like I did always in this 20 years of living! THANK YOU TO ALL THE BIRTHDAY WISHES!

New Series

Ciao people! There is one thing that I wanted to do for a while now!

Well let me explain a bit...I always think that I don't update this blog enough or the way I want to. I want to post pics and videos of all the things I do, not only during a special occasion or when I travel but even normal life stuff too! Well...I know I didn't explain very well; explaining is really not my thing, I always try hard but I'm really bad in it.

In a few words what I want to say is that taking pics is really a huge part of who I am. It's really a big passion that I had since I was small and while maybe in the past I used to take pic only during spacial occasions, now growing up I started to appreciate little everyday things and started to want to save them for the time coming in pic form.

Because I love to save things as a memory, a few years ago I even created - we can say- an electronic dairy that anybody from all over the world can see. Even if I've lived almost for only 20 years (I'm 20 in October) I really have many many things to say! I swear in 20 years I have experienced and went through a lot of things!

Maybe in the future I will even talk more - on my YouTube channel - or write more about me so that you all can understand who and how I became the person I am today :)

BUT ANYWAYS NOW ... I think I wrote a lot but still didn't explained anything :/ grr...What I want to do from today on is to post more of the pics I take and write the story behind them! I take a lot of pics but never post them or went I write a blog post a lot of pics don't make it to the final post so from today on I'm going to post one by one all of my pics maybe - who knows - everyday!

I really hope that you'll appreciate how I see the world through my iPhone 4S and Nikon D5300 lens :)

Venice 2015

Hello you guys! How have you been? I'm quite busy with university studies these day for the fact that in a couple of week I've got my final term exams [HELP] but today I wanted to have a break from the hectic work so here I am writing about my last one-day trip to Venice.

Venice is quite close to the city where I live. It takes more or less 2 hours with a normal train from the nearest rail station to my hometown so it's really not that far away!

It's not my first time going there - because it's really close to where I live - every time somebody like a family friend or a relative from anywhere come to visit us (we are the only one in our family living in Italy so...yeah) one of the places we take them to is Venice because . . . COME OOON who have never heard about the famous and iconic Venice??
This time was no exception too one of my mom's long time friend come to visit us for the first time ever with her big twin daughters [ that by the way I've never met before but only heard for my entire life and GOSH! Those two girl were the sweetest and the coolest girls in the world AAAND I was given my name because my mom was inspired by one of the twins that has my same name! BAAAAM ]

Anyway it came to my mind that I never filmed Venice or done anything so you already know the game ... I had to bring my Nikon D5300 and film this crazy city and so here down below the little video I uploaded on my YouTube channel

VLOG: My Home Town

Ciao you guys! How are you all doing?
I'm back in my dorm room  after a few days spent at home for a national holiday and because some good family friends of mum came all the way from Australia to visit Italy and of course my us for the first time here...so we had to take them to visit some places that you have to visit when you come to Italy and of course I took a lot of photos of those places and that I have to upload! WAIT FOR THEM :)

Till then you'll have to wait a bit because next month I've got my final term exams so sadly I won't be able to update this blog because I'll be out of my mind studying like crazy [HELP ME PLEAZZZ] :(

Let's not think about that now and let's enjoy a little video I posted on my YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

If you read my last blog post you'll understand everything about this video [the amazing little and magical village right next to Lake Garda...LAZISE] So without further interruptions watch this video :) Hope you'll like it as much as I do

My Home Town!

So...Hello there! Long time no see - long -long time no seee!

Ok well sorry for that but these day freaking BIG BANG (if you don't know them you guys should check them out! I LOVE THEM!) - a very popular Korean pop Idol group - came out last week with a new album and I LOVE THE SONGS!!! I'm pretty obsessed with them, listening to the songs 24/7 :D

Anyways last week here in Italy like anywhere in the world - I think- was a holiday, the 1st of May holiday ... Labor Day holiday! For that reason I got the chance to go home from Uni after 2 weeks!

Now, I live 5 km away from a very beautiful little town called Lazise, that is exactly attached to the biggest/largest lake here in Italy: Lake Garda!
That little and very touristic town used to be my home town. I was born and raised there till the age of 10 when we moved to our very own house at Castelnuovo del Garda :(

For that special occasion at Lazise there was a fair with little stalls full of anything: food, jewelries, staff for the house, wines...literally anything! So I went to see how all of this was and of course you already know my game :)) I brought with me my photo camera and took a bit of pics of my old lovely little town LAZISE!

VLOG: Paris - DAY 1 and DAY 2
